Toddler Group

Ages: 1-3 years

Timing: 9:00 am - 12 pm

The natural curiosity of your toddler is fuelled as she moves through our carefully planned stimulating centres which provide opportunities to experience and investigate. The centres help accelerate language development through our phonics program, develop reading and writing readiness, build listening skills, children are also introduced to pre-reading skills that involve recognition of letters and numbers. Fine and gross motor skills are developed through a range of activities both indoors and outdoors.  

Nursery

Ages: 3-4

Timing: 9:00 am - 12:00pm

At this stage our teachers appropriately introduce routines and build on previous years skills by introducing more complex activities Positive guidance is provided by our teachers for our toddlers to practice new skills and embrace new experiences. They will be introduced to writing patterns, strokes, concept of numbers, grouping, plenty of pre-writing activities and phonological activities  Festivals are celebrated, children are encouraged to explore the environment with nature walks and field trips

Lower Kindergarten

Ages: 4-5 Years

Timing: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

As your child gains in confidence of their surroundings, they are encouraged and given opportunities to learn, become independent and express themselves. The curriculum has been designed with plenty of constructive and joyful activities to develop a strong academic base and build skills in Mathematics, Reading, Writing , Science and Arts .

Upper Kindergarten

Ages: 5-6 Years

Timing: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

The children having received a sound foundation will be able to process all previous learning allowing for a smooth transition and confidently be able to attend first grade. At this stage they will be able to construct short sentences , read simple stories, understand and know the concepts of simple addition and subtraction.
